Register with Sterling Data Rooms

You will receive a welcome e-mail from Sterling Data Rooms once you have been invited to a data room. If you are a first-time user, you have to create your password and register with Sterling Data Rooms to access the Data Rooms.

• Open the welcome e-mail from Sterling Data Rooms and click the Create Password link.

• You will be directed to the CREATE PASSWORD screen.

• Create and confirm your new password and click OK.
  (If you have already created your password using the link, please use the Back to login page link on the CREATE PASSWORD screen to log in with your username and password. Your e-mail address will be your default username.)

• In the next step, you will be asked to authenticate your browser for enhanced security.

• Enter your mobile number and request your code.

• Please enter the code sent to your mobile to complete your verification.

• Read and accept the End User Terms by clicking the AGREE.

• You will be directed to register with Sterling Data Rooms.

• Fill in the required details.

• If Test Adobe Reader button is displayed on the screen, click the button to check if you can view secure PDFs on your browser, and then click Yes/No to confirm if you were able to view the secure PDF. If you are not able to view the secure PDF, click No to see the Adobe PDF Viewer Set Up Guide. Use the guide to set your browser to view secure PDFs and continue with the registration.

• Select your Security Question and enter the Security Answer.
  Note: Security question and answer will be used to verify your identity when you contact our Customer Services Team via phone.

• You will be offered a personalised platform tutorial of Sterling Data Rooms. To arrange it, click BOOK NOW. 

• You will be directed to the Project Hub, where you can find all the Data Rooms you have been invited to join.

• Click OPEN to access the selected Data Rooms.
