Approve/Reject Question

Bidder Moderators can log in to the data room and moderate (Approve/Reject) a question created by their team.

• Go to the Q&A tab, and click the VIEW button next to Questions awaiting approval to see the list of questions waiting to be approved.

• Click the question to be moderated. Details of the question will be displayed at the bottom of the window.

• You can Approve (or) Edit and Approve (or) Reject a question using the respective buttons.

• While rejecting a question, you can also add a comment to the question creator.

• If you reject a question, the question status will be changed to Question Rejected. The Bidder Q&A Participant who created the question will receive an e-mail alert notifying them that their question has been rejected by the Moderator.

• If you approve a question, the question status will be changed to Question Submitted and the question will then be released to the Deal Team. The Bidder question creator will receive an e-mail alert notifying them that their question has been approved.

• To view the questions and answers available in the data room, go to the Q&A tab and click the VIEW button next to All Q&A activity.
